Installation Instructions
- Center the chimney cap on the crown.
- Mark the hole positions on the base, typically requiring 4-8 screws for average-sized caps.
- Lift the bottom mounting flange and apply silicone beneath it.
- Drill holes in the marked positions, then insert the masonry screws into the crown to secure the cap.
- Ensure the lid flange is installed pointing inside the mesh screen.

Measuring for Your Stainless Steel Chimney Cap:
Ensure a perfect fit by measuring your chimney accurately. Provide the following measurements to ensure a custom-made mesh screen:
- Overall Length for Mesh Screen
- Overall Width for Mesh Screen
- Screen Height: Should be at least 6″ higher than the tallest flue for proper ventilation.
For outside-mount installations, add at least 1/4″ to the exact length and width measurements to ensure a snug fit.
